Just using a Google doc and a free Gmail account (and without my own email list, social audience, or sales calls).
No SEO necessary...
No webbies or VSL's required...
No appointment setters needed...
No prospect applications...
No hour long sales calls...
No Franken Funnels needed to feed’m...
No sales teams...
No managing a virtual room full of phone closers...
No waking up to calendars that are lit up like a Christmas tree...
No submitting proposals...
No demanding deadlines...
No bossy ass clients…
No scope creep...
And me NO kissy no assy...
And best of all?
ZERO SERVICE DELIVERY.
And no it's not affiliate marketing...
Cause I don't even need my own email list, social media audience, or a single paid ad to do it…
So that means I’m never dealing with rejected ads one after the other.
Or fighting with the Googles, Tik Toks, or Facebooks over banned accounts.
All I need?
Is just a handful of sixth grade simple emails, a Google doc, and a free gmail account.
That's how I generated $521,476.00 in 18 days with my latest partner...
…with $263,064.00 of that being cash collected.
The rest will come in over the next 11 months via payments of $23,038.00
Now to be fair?
I don't get to keep ALL of that.
But a pretty dang good chunk of it I do...
All while not answering to NO dang body.
No bosses, no clients, and no pushy azz deadlines.
Matter of fact?
I've got a wait list that’s months out from now.
So here’s how it went down.
Earlier month I turned 5 emails, a Google doc, and a free gmail account into $521,476.00 in sales for a new untested offer.
With $263,064.00 of that being cash in the door.
Without my own list, a social media audience, or doing a single sales calls…
Shoot, the first two emails didn’t even have anything for sale.
The first email went out to only 3800 buyers.
The next three emails went out to 6500 person buyers list (my partner added a few thousand more buyers they found)
And the last email went to a larger house list but only accounted for about 5 or 6 sales at the end of the day.
That’s $104,295.00 generated per email.
“But Tony, those had to be super snazzy NLP laced emails that were as long as a guvment bill!…”
Naw, they weren’t.
#1: They were no longer than a Google doc page…or two at best.
#2: Like literally, I graduated high school as a C minus student.
So thank goodness for spell check in Google docs.
I don’t even know how to spell NLP.
Fact is?
It’s all in the offer and understanding…
And that’s only true 100% of the time.
But let’s back up.
You see, I’ve figured out how to have experts and creators hand me over their digital assets.
AKA: their intellectual property.
Stuff like their digital products & programs, masterminds, and email lists.
I get control.
I do something to their stuff.
Like make their offers sell mo betta.
I create a MUCH BIGGER pie than they could have made on their own.
And I get paid a fat chunk of that brand new pie.
Because they don’t lift a finger in the process.
I generate all the leads from their audience.
I write all the copy.
I manage all of my tappers (we close in chat or email)
I manage the entire campaign.
I vet and close all the sales.
And I fund the entire campaign.
Plus my partners don’t pay me a dime until they get paid.
And for the right person?
It doesn’t even cost them a dime for all of this to get done.
You see…
Chances are the folks I work with are already doing awesome without me.
I’m already doing aiight without them.
But together?
We can usually do something special together.
Or said another way?
“You can have 100% of the grape…
…or you can have 50% of a watermelon.”
That’s what I “do”…
I nurture, slice, and serve the watermelon.
To be specific:
I send an email to my partners email list…
Folks raise their hand by replying…
We have short convo’s with them in chat.
If our peanut butter mixes with their jelly? We send’m the offer in a simple Google doc.
They let us know if they’re in, out, or have a question.
If they’re in? We send’m a payment link.
And that’s how it’s done.
Sounds simple, because it is.
But simple isn’t easy.
The devil is in the details.
I don’t work with dead lists.
I work with lists that are alive.
Not on life support.
Can I work with what we call trashcan assets?
Meaning, they’re assets my partners aren’t using?
Like email segments, Facebook groups, or digital programs sitting on the desk collecting dust.
YES we can.
Shoot, I can even work with my partners snail mail addresses and work some direct mail magic that I fully fund!
But I like to run a small “test” first on the email list.
Just to dial the campaign in first.
