And why I'm paying out up to $10,000 referral fees for deals.

But growing up I never fit into a “box”…
Even as a metal head when I was 15…
I was still wearing Micky Mouse t-shirts to school with my long hair and making Disney/Death Metal videos for TV production class.
And here’s the thing…
I graduated high school with a C-minus average.
Never went to college.
My last "9-5” job was when I was 21.
I was washing dishes at a Ruby Tuesdays after I got back from a four month European tour with the Miami based prog death metal band, Cynic.
I worked there for about a month…
Got treated like you’d expect a dishwasher to be treated.
Which was humbling considering a few months prior I had my 21st birthday playing in front of 10,000 screaming fans in Poland.
So needless to say, I didn’t start learning business until I was 22.
That’s when I cut all off all my hair and dove into the world of selling manufactured homes for the next 7 & 1/2 years.
Selling mobile homes WAS my college.
I learned more about human behavior and sales skills in one year…
…than I could have ever learned in college.
(I also wasn’t trying to be a lawyer or a brain surgeon:-)
Now sure, I was self employed and making money…
…but I wasn’t producing wealth.
I was still trading long 12 hour days for big pay days.
And I would blow through that money trying to seek validation.
I didn’t know what I didn’t know.
Today, now that I’m in my early 50’s?
I consider an excess of FREE TIME to be the measurement of my wealth.
And I can only have an excess of free time if I have assets in place that spin off income while I’m not trading my time for money.
Example, after my girlfriend and I moved to Tucson earlier this year I took off 3 months.
My income didn’t stop.
It kept right on going.
I had an excess of free time to allow myself to rest after the move.
I was also still recouping from being in the hospital the previous year.
What made an excess of TIME possible for a C- high school graduate?
I had access to an excess of ASSETS through DEAL MAKING.
I didn’t have to to build or buy those assets either.
I just had to get control of them.
I don’t have to go through years of labor pains growing the email list…
…or invest the hundreds of thousands of dollars and headaches of running ads.
You see, I deal in digital assets.
Other people’s email data bases and digital products are at the core of what I deal in.
If there’s any magic in what I do?
It’s in the offer I make my digital owners.
I take stuff off of busy owners plates.
Stuff they don’t WANT to do but feel like they HAVE to do in order for the business to continue growing
Example?
I can turn someones buyers list of 6500 peeps into a $500,000 windfall in roughly 14 days.
Without them lifting a finger.
I fund 100% of it.
I write all the copy.
Generate all the leads.
Manage all of my “tappers” (we close all of our sales through chat)
And I close all the sales.
I just hand over shiny new customers to my partners.
And they do the part they’re Uber passionate about.
Serving their clients.
Heck I even fully fund direct mail campaigns to their peeps and close those sales for them too.
And because I’m creating an entirely new pie for my partners?
I can take a handsome slide for myself.
Usually 30% to 50% depending on the offer.
If $200,000+ is my cut?
You can see why I don’t mind paying out 10% up to $10,000 as a referral fee.
I even provide you all the tools here to do it.
Now, I don’t know about you?
But I don’t know anywhere else a C-minus high school student can produce that kinda result.
I just get control of other peoples digital assets…
…and generate hundreds of thousands of dollars while making their life easier.
It’s the ultimate shortcut to producing wealth.
I don’t get hassled about my retainer fee (because I don’t charge a fee or a retainer).
What I’m producing is FOUND MONEY for them.
And because of how I set up these deals?
I don’t get screwed out of payment.
It’s never happened once in almost 10 years of doing these type of leveraged deals.
