Meeerrry Christmas!

This AMA was a banger!

I had a blast hanging out with everyone.

And I was SO thrilled to finally share my “big announcement”…

But I’m not gonna share it here (it’s in the replay).

Now, 2024 has been my best year ever…generating $1.6+ million in rev share with partners.

What’s better?

The percentage of that I got to keep!

And the TIME and ENERGY I was able to save (I only “worked” 6 months out of the year)…

This is what’s possible when ditching client work for lucrative deals.

Now, there’s a lot I could have done differently looking back.

2024 provided me a lot of lessons.

And I’m go deep on this AMA and share what some of my biggest lessons where.

A few things like:

  • How to instantly determine if a deal is doomed without ever looking at the numbers

  • The counterintuitive way to get more control over deals by giving up control first

  • The weird way I get bigger deal percentages that has nothing to do with negotiation

  • The "buffalo hunter method" for landing massive deals without exhausting getting our noses slammed shut by gate keepers

  • Why working with a tiny 1,250 person list can be more profitable than a 100,000 person list (when you understand this one factor)

  • The stealth way to turn I.P. from campaigns into recurring revenue without creating new products or chasing more partners

  • A simple shift in how I position test campaigns that gets decision makers instantly onboard

  • The "million dollar test" approach that keeps partners begging for more

  • Why some of the best deals come from avoiding this common "dancing bear" mistake

  • How to turn email campaign failures into direct mail gold mines

  • The "thimbleful method" for getting oceans of return with minimal energy

  • How I evaluate partners using relationship psychology instead of business metrics

  • The real reason most deals fail that has nothing to do with list size or offer quality

  • Why focusing on the "meat" instead of the "bone" leads to exponentially better results

  • The "smoke signal strategy" for getting deals to come to you instead of chasing them

Plus, did I mention I made a BIG announcement? lol…

Alright…

Want all 2 1/2 hours of deal goodness?

Grab your favorite hot chocolate and cozy up while you dig in.
